Caloundra Football Volunteer Levy
In 2024 Caloundra Football Club will be introducing a $35.00 per player Volunteer Levy.
The Levy has been introduced to encourage more involvement by members in the day-to-day running and activities required for the continued success of our club. The levy is included in the registration fee . The levy is fully refunded to those families and individuals who have volunteered for their five or more hours per registered player during the year. For more details please see our Volunteer Levy Policy.
Payment is made via the Squadi app. We accept credit/debit cards.
We also accept Queensland Government FairPlay vouchers. FairPlay vouchers entitles the player $150 towards their registration fee and will be available from 24 January 2024.
Please be aware that the 2024 season starts early this year, so please get your registrations in ASAP so you don’t miss out! The SEQ Conference Calendar has the full season dates.
Please note, given the early start, Football Queensland has given clubs the option for miniroos to start before or after Easter. We have nominated to start after the Easter Break.
During the team formation, we take into account factors such as players who have previous experience playing together or express a desire to be on the same team. Additionally, we consider existing teams that wish to remain intact. It is important to note, however, that we strive to strike a balance between individual preferences, Football Queensland age requirements, and the overarching needs of the club and each team. Please contact the registrar to request any preferences.
Training will commence once teams are formed and coaches have been allocated. It will be up to coaches to determine training times for their squad. Please keep in mind that the season starts early this year, so training will also start early.
If you’re a parent, grandparent, carer, sibling, or just love football, we want you to coach a team. Get in touch with the registrar and let’s make football awesome together! Coaches and managers at every level of the game must be registered and hold a valid volunteer blue card for working with children, these are free to apply for via the Queensland government.
